When you arrive to pick up your rental, remember to bring a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a valid credit card for your rental. Depending on your self-guided adventure, we also always recommend plenty of water, sunglasses, and sunscreen!

All cancellations, regardless of the reason, can only receive a maximum 50% refund. We strictly adhere to this policy.

*Drivers who appear intoxicated, hungover, or unfit to drive will be allowed to transfer their rental to different, safer time slots based on availability.

Absolutely no refunds are given to impaired drivers at our full discretion. The safety of others is our top priority.
